电梯（LIFT）
欧盟电梯CE认证指令2014/33/EU于2016年4月20日正式实施，取代原有指令95/16/EC。主要协调标准EN 81-20和EN 81-50于2017年起强制实施，替代旧版EN 81-1和EN 81-2标准。电梯CE认证指令构成了欧盟电梯市场准入的核心法规框架，所有进入欧盟市场的电梯产品都必须按照2014/33/EU的要求进行CE认证，由欧盟公告机构Notified Body进行合规性评估后，方能满足指令要求。
电梯CE认证适用范围
指令应适用于永久服务于建筑物和构筑物并用于运输以下物品的电梯：
（一）人;
（二）人员和货物;
（三）如果承运人可以进入，即一个人可以毫无困难地进入货物，并且装有位于承运人内部或承运人内部人员可触及范围内的控制装置。
根据指令要求，电梯被定义为"在固定导轨上运行且与水平面夹角大于15度的升降设备"，其载体必须可供人员使用或配备可从内部操作的控制装置。

技术文件要求
制造商需准备包含以下内容的技术文档：
-设计文件：
型号电梯的完整技术描述、设计与制造图纸、示意图、设计计算书与安全评估报告
-符合性证据：
适用的协调标准清单、安全部件符合性声明副本、测试报告与检验记录、安装阶段的质量控制措施
认证实施流程
-技术评审阶段：
技术文件审核（设计计算、风险评估、图纸审查）、模型电梯符合性评估、安全部件与整梯性能复核
-现场验证阶段：
依据EN 81-20/50标准进行现场测试，不符合项整改与复检
-认证完成阶段：
欧盟公告机构签发电梯CE认证证书
